Before & After Photography
A clear visual record of the property at each stage of the works.
Survey Findings
The findings noted during assessment, where a survey was carried out.
Technical Reports
Written detail of the works undertaken and the approach taken.
Installation Records
A record of the installation process and materials used on site.
Material Specifications
Specifications of the materials and products used during the works.
Waste Transfer Documentation
Where applicable, documentation relating to the removal and disposal of waste.
Completion Certificate
Confirmation that the agreed scope of works has been completed.
Guarantee Documentation
Where applicable, the guarantee documentation relating to the works.
Property Record Pack
A compiled pack bringing together the records of the completed project.
The exact documents provided depend on the nature of the works undertaken. Documentation is issued following completion of physical works and is not provided as a standalone product. Following completion, customers receive documentation confirming the works carried out. This may be provided to lenders, brokers, surveyors, valuers or other property professionals where required. SurveyLink Network cannot guarantee mortgage, lending, valuation or property-sale outcomes. Acceptance of any documentation remains at the discretion of the relevant lender, surveyor, valuer or other third party.

Very hardworking team
“The team of three that we had worked very hard to strip out the foam on the first day, remove the very old insulation on the following day & installed the new deep insulation. They asked very little, being jugs of cold water, as the loft area is very hot. They worked hard to clear up after their work vacuuming the small bits that got away from the huge bags of rubbish they took away!”
